Pakalpojuma pieprasīšana

Ja persona vēlas dzīvesvietu deklarēt klātienē un adrese ir Limbažu novada administratīvā teritorijā, tā dodas uz kādu no Limbažu novada pašvaldības pagastu pārvaldēm vai pašvaldības Klientu apkalpošanas centru.

Lai deklarētu dzīvesvietu, personai jāuzrāda šādi dokumenti:
- personu apliecinošs dokuments (pase vai ID karte);
- dzimšanas apliecība, ja deklarē nepilngadīga bērna dzīvesvietu, un citi dokumenti, kuri apliecina dzīvesvietas deklarētāja likumiskā pārstāvja tiesības rīkoties attiecīgās personas vārdā (tiesas lēmums, u.tml.);
- pilnvarotajai personai - notariāli apliecināta pilnvara;
- lai saņemtu valsts nodevas samaksas atvieglojumus, jāuzrāda attiecīgo statusu vai faktu apliecinošu dokumentu (ja šāds dokuments nav iestādes rīcībā).

Dzīvesvietu deklarēt var pati persona vai tās likumiskais pārstāvis. Pēc tam, kad šīs ziņas ir pārbaudītas, persona pašvaldības kasē samaksā valsts nodevu (ja šī persona neietilpst to personu lokā, kam šī nodeva nav jāmaksā) un uzrāda apliecinājumu par valsts nodevas nomaksu.

Saskaņā ar LR Ministru kabineta 30.06.2009. noteikumiem Nr. 720 "Noteikumi par valsts nodevas apmēru, samaksas kārtību un atvieglojumiem par ziņu par deklarēto dzīvesvietu reģistrāciju" valsts nodevas apmērs ir 4,27 euro, ja deklarēšanu veic klātienē.

Valsts nodevu nemaksā:
- politiski represētās personas;
- reģistrējot bērnu pirmreizējo deklarēto dzīvesvietu;
- invalīdi;
- Černobiļas atomelektrostacijas avārijas seku likvidēšanas dalībnieki;
- pensionāri, kuru pensijas apmērs nepārsniedz valstī noteikto minimālo darba algu;
- personas, kuras atzītas par trūcīgām Ministru kabineta noteiktajā kārtībā;
- personas, kuras deklarē dzīvesvietu elektroniski, izmantojot speciālo tiešsaistes formu;
- reģistrējot to bērnu dzīvesvietu, kuri ievietoti ilgstošas sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas institūcijā, audžuģimenē vai nodoti aizbildnībā;
- personas, kuras deklarē dzīvesvietu ilgstošas sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas institūcijā;
- personas, kuras deklarē dzīvesvietu patversmē;
- personas, kurām pārvalde nosaka tiesisko statusu Latvijā.
Pakalpojuma saņemšana
Pēc valsts nodevas apmaksas atbildīgais darbinieks veic nepieciešamo datu ievadīšanu Pilsonības un migrācijas lietu pārvaldes datu sistēmā, tiek veikta personas dzīvesvietas deklarēšana un tiek izsniegta izziņa par personas deklarēšanu norādītajā adrese.

1. Requesting a service

In person, electronically, www.latvija.lv

If a person wishes to declare their place of residence in person and their address is in the administrative territory of Limbaži municipality, they go to one of the Limbaži municipality parish offices or the municipality's Customer Service Center.

To declare their place of residence, the person must present the following documents:

personal identification document (passport or ID card);
birth certificate, if declaring the place of residence of a minor child, and other documents confirming the rights of the legal representative of the person declaring the place of residence to act on behalf of the relevant person (court decision, etc.);
for the authorized person - a notarized power of attorney;
to receive state fee payment benefits, a document certifying the relevant status or fact must be presented (if such a document is not available to the institution).

The person himself or her or her legal representative can declare their place of residence. After this information has been verified, the person pays the state fee at the municipal treasury (if this person is not included in the circle of persons who are not required to pay this fee) and presents a certificate of payment of the state fee. According to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, 30.06.2009.

Regulations No. 720 "Regulations on the amount of the state fee, payment procedures and benefits for the registration of information on the declared place of residence", the state fee is 4.27 euros, if the declaration is made in person.

The state fee is not paid by:

politically repressed persons;
when registering the first declared place of residence of a child;
disabled persons;
participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident;
pensioners whose pension does not exceed the minimum wage established in the country;
persons who have been recognized as needy in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers;
persons who declare their place of residence electronically, using a special online form;
registering the place of residence of children who have been placed in a long-term social care and social rehabilitation institution, in a foster family or placed under guardianship;
persons who declare their place of residence in a long-term social care and social rehabilitation institution;
persons who declare their place of residence in a shelter;
persons for whom the administration determines the legal status in Latvia.

2. Receiving the service

After paying the state fee, the responsible employee enters the necessary data into the data system of the Citizenship and Migration Affairs Office, the person's place of residence is declared and a certificate of declaration of the person is issued at the specified address.
