Par personas miršanas faktu jāpaziņo Dzimtsarakstu nodaļai sešu diennakšu laikā no brīža, kad iestājusies nāve vai mirušais atrasts. Dzimtsarakstu nodaļas darbinieks reģistrē miršanas faktu miršanas reģistrā un izsniedz miršanas apliecību. Miršanas faktu var reģistrēt jebkurā dzimtsarakstu nodaļā.

Procesa apraksts

  1. Pakalpojuma pieprasīšana
    Dzimtsarakstu nodaļā faktu par personas miršanu piesaka mirušā tuvinieki, apbedīšanas biroja pārstāvis, kaimiņš u.c. Iesniedzot ārstniecības iestādes izdoto medicīnisko apliecību par nāves iestāšanos, mirušā pasi, ID karti. Ja miršanas fakts konstatēts ar tiesas spriedumu, jāiesniedz tiesas sprieduma noraksts. Pieteicējam jāuzrāda savs personas apliecinošs dokuments.

    Uzrādāmie, iesniedzamie dokumenti:
    1) Ārstniecības iestādes medicīniskā apliecība par nāves iestāšanos - jāuzrāda oriģināls.
    2) Pieteicēja personu apliecinošs dokuments - jāuzrāda oriģināls.
    3) Tiesas spriedums par miršanas fakta konstatēšanu vai personas izsludināšanu par mirušu apliecināts noraksts - jāiesniedz oriģināls.
    4) Mirušās personas pase. ID karte (ja ir pieejama) - jāiesniedz oriģināls.

    Dzimtsarakstu nodaļa reģistrē miršanas faktu un izsniedz miršanas apliecību.

Requesting Service

In the General Registry Office, the fact regarding the death of a person shall be apprised by the relatives of the deceased, a representative of the undertaker, a neighbour, etc. By submitting the medical certificate issued by the medical treatment institution regarding the occurrence of death, the passport of the deceased, the ID card. If the fact of death has been determined by a court judgment, a true copy of the court judgment shall be submitted. The applicant must present his personal identification document.

Documents to be produced, to be submitted:

  • Medical certificate of the medical treatment institution regarding the occurrence of death - the original shall be presented.
  • Personal identification document of the applicant - the original shall be presented.
  • A certified true copy of the judgment of the Court regarding the determination of the fact of death or the announcement of a person as dead - shall be submitted in the original.
  • The passport of the deceased person. ID card (if available) - the original must be submitted.

Receiving Service

The General Registry Office shall register the fact of death and issue a death certificate.
